Glossary of Terms for Brand Campaign Reporting

Summary Terms:

  • Retailer Engagement Rate -  Number of retailers engaged / number of retailers invited
  • Funds Awarded -  Local Ads funds awarded by a brand to their retailers within a campaign
  • Retailer Shares - Number of shares retailers shared across Facebook, Twitter, Email, Banners/Buttons and Downloadables
  • Consumer Clicks - Combined total of link clicks reported by Facebook (retailer who have insights enabled) and link clicks captured by Promoboxx for Twitter, Email and Banners/Buttons
  • Consumer Leads - If lead generation campaign, number of leads received by retailers
  • Survey Responses - If post-campaign survey is enabled, number of retailers who responded to the survey
  • Opt-outs - This let you know how many retailers chose not to participate in a certain campaign. The retailer will be unsubscribed from communications pertaining to that specific  campaign,  but will receive the next campaign's invitation.

Retailer Engagement Rate:

  • Retailer Engagement Rate -  Number of retailers engaged out of number of retailers invited
  • Number of retailers engaged - Number of retailers that shared successfully from this campaign
  • Number of retailers that viewed, did not engage - Number of retailers that viewed the campaign in their dashboard but did not share
  • Number of retailers that did not view - Number of retailers that did not view the campaign in their dashboard
  • Number of retailers that opted out - Number of retailers that dismissed the campaign
  • Number of retailers that were automated - Number of retailers who shared this campaign via auto share

Local Ads:

  • Funds Awarded -  Funds awarded by a brand to their retailers within a campaign
  • Funds Redeemed - Funds redeemed by the retailer
  • Funds Unredeemed - Difference in total of funds awarded by a brand to retailers and the funds currently redeemed by retailers
  • Number of Retailers with Unredeemed Funds - Number of retailers who have not redeemed funds that were awarded to them
  • Number of Retailers that Self Funded - Number of retailers that spent their money on the campaign

Retailer Shares:

  • Retailer Shares - Number of shares retailers shared
  • Number of Shares on Facebook - Number of shares on Facebook
  • Number of Shares on Twitter - Number of posts on Twitter
  • Number of Shares on Email - Number of Emails sent
  • Number of Shares on Banners - Number of web banners installed
  • Number of Shares on Downloadables - Number of downloads

Consumer Metrics - Facebook:

  • Facebook Impressions - Number of consumers who saw your shares/ads
  • Facebook Link Clicks - Number of link clicks on your shares/ads
  • Facebook Engagements - Number of times consumers liked, commented or shared your Promoboxx posts/ads

Consumer Metrics - Twitter:

  • Twitter Actions -  Combined total of clicks, tweet favorites, and retweets
  • Clicks  - Number of link clicks on your post
  • Favorites - Number of times your post was favorited
  • Retweets - Number of times your post was retweeted

Consumer Metrics - Downloadables:

  • Downloads - Number of downloads by retailers
  • Retailers downloaded - Number of retailers who downloaded the assets

Consumer Metrics - Banners:

  • Shares - Number of banners/buttons installed

Consumer Metrics - Emails:

  • Shares - Number of emails sent

Survey Responses:

  • Number of retailers who responded to the survey
