Now that your campaigns are uploaded and reviewed for kick off, you're ready to invite your retailers to activate their Promoboxx accounts and start sharing content! Nice work! Now head on over to the "Enrollments" tab in the left navigation bar and click "Communications."
First we want to select the group of people we'd like the communication to go to.
- "All Dealers" will send an email to every retailer who has yet to activate their Promoboxx account.
- "Specific Recipients" allows you to select a specific retailer group, filter or collection to send the communication to.
- "All Users" would only be selected if you imported a user list without a retailer associated with them
Once you've selected your choice click Next.
In this next step, you have the opportunity to customize your email. Your email invitation will urge your retailers to participate in the program, so customizing the email subject line and body of the message is very important! The subject, header, optional, images, message body, and CTA buttons are all customizable.
Essential for a successful email:
- An eye-catching subject line (try something new, like emojis or questions!). Using the word "FREE" can send emails to spam folders so be creative.
- Quick overview of campaign and content, and the value it brings to the dealers and their audiences.
- Ask for the right marketing or social media contact to manage the account.
- Finally, a strong call-to-action. Anything highlighted in a blue box in the image below denotes that it can (& should) be customized. As a general rule, your email text should have the same general voice as your Sell Page.

Last but not least, double check to see if all information is correct. If everything looks good, send the invitation, and be prepared for some happy retailers!
