Folders &Tagging 

Folders

As a best practice, we would recommend creating folders for the content you wish to organize first. Some folder suggestions could be: video's, product categories, athlete photography, inspirational &/or lifestyle shots, studio images and so much more. If you currently use a DAM think about how you organize the content within there and try to replicate it in Promoboxx. 

Tagging

You can add as many or as little tags to the assets as you would like. The more tags you add to the content, the more the asset will appear in retailer search results. Some tag suggestions could be: video, social media, backpack, youth, women's, men's, lifestyle, holiday, promotional, outdoor, season, product names, model #'s, and so many more.
