For this process, we'll be looking at how to export and filter data in the reporting section of your account. You can find this section on your left-hand menu:
To start, select one of the 7 reporting dashboards. We'll be using the Retailer Activity report for the remainder of this guide.
How to filter data:
1. On the top of every dashboard you'll see filter options.
2. In the first field to the left (the longest field), you can select to view all retailers, a collection, filter, or import.
( NOTE: To view a singular retailer, you will need to add them to their own collection. To create a collection, follow our steps in Filters and Collections)
3. To change the start and end date, select the start and/or end date options to the right
( NOTE: Your data will automatically start to filter when you select a date. Please wait to select after selecting a start date to choose an end date)
How to export data:
1. In the dashboard, you'll see all of the tables and graphs related to the report. You are only able to export one table or graph at a time. To export one, hover your mouse over the table or graph and look for the three horizontal lines that appear in the top right of that table or graph window:
2. Click on Download Data and your data should start downloading to your browser. Please note that if your data table exceeds more than 5000 rows, all rows will not be shown in Promoboxx but will be included in your export.
