Communication History

Under 'History', you will be able to find all of the previous communications that you already sent to your retailers.

You will also be able to see how many retailers or recipients have received the communication. Similar to the 'Drafts' section, retailers and recipients are both listed, as well as what type of Automation was run. 

History - Reporting

Furthermore, you are able access reporting in the communication history by clicking on the 'Reporting' button on the right. Specific information is provided in this section such as email open rate, click rate, and bounce rate from the communication.
