Accepting Retailer Access Requests

Looking to grow your retailer network on Promoboxx? Check out Promoboxx's Retailer Connections tool! Here, you'll see retailers already active on Promoboxx that have requested access to your brand's content.

You can review these requests via the "Pending Retailer Connections" button on your Promoboxx dashboard.

You'll see all pending requests, including store info and any notes from the retailer that requested access.

Within this section, you can review the retailers requesting access to your brand's content, allow or deny access after reviewing their information, and review any previous access requests.

Allow/Deny Access to Retailer Requests

1. Navigate to your Promoboxx Dashboard and click "Pending Retailer Connections."
2. Review the retailer information and any notes they sent your team.
3. If you would like to allow the retailer access, click "Accept." A confirmation window will appear and you will need to click "Yes, I'm Sure."
4. If you would like to deny the retailer access, click "Deny." A confirmation window will appear, asking you why you would like to deny the retailer access. This information is only shared with the Promoboxx team so that your Customer Success Manager can better understand who should have access. After noting why you would like to deny access, click "Yes, I'm Sure."

Review Previous Access Requests

Review any previous access requests via the "History" tab at the top of the "Pending Retailer Connections" page.

Auto-Accept or Deny Access Requests

If you would like to automatically accept all requests OR remove your brand from the list of open brands on Promoboxx, please reach out to your Customer Success Manager or support@promoboxx.com. Our team is happy to update these settings for you.
