Retailer Status

Retailer Status tells you which retailers are (or are not) using the platform. This is an extremely valuable tool where you will be able to find out how many retailers fall under different statuses and target them with different messages. 

• Engaged: Retailer signed up for Promoboxx and has shared your brand's content within the past 90 days.
• Eligible: Retailer signed up for Promoboxx but has not shared your brand's content either ever or in 90+ days.
• Pending: Retailer has not signed up for Promoboxx. 
• Unreachable: No contact information on file for this retailer. 
• Deactivated: Manually disabled retailer (requires explicit reactivation).

User Status

User Status tells you which users are active or pending the account. 

• Potential: an email address is potential when it has been invited to an account on Promoboxx but the user has not yet accepted the invitation OR a user has submitted an Access Request to the platform.
• Active: a user has accepted the invite to an account and has a password. They can actively log into the platform.
• Inactive: an email address that has bounced more than three times OR a user who has requested to be removed from the system.

Now that you know the different statuses, you can sort by each kind, create a filter or collection, and send a more highly targeted email to that group! 

Network Page

On the network page you can view all of your retailers/dealers/clinics/salons that are invited or connected to your brand on Promoboxx. You can view their statuses (listed above), as well as organize them utilizing Filters and Collections.

• Filter: Filters are a dynamic group of retailers created from a set of criteria. The list of retailers in a filter will update automatically based on the criteria that you have set. 
• Collection: Collections are similar to filters, except that they are static groupings of retailers. The list is fixed when the collection is created, meaning that changes in retailer data will not affect the makeup of the list. A use case example of why you may select a collection over a filter would be inviting folks to paid ad campaigns, or if a very specific group should receive access to a certain campaign.
