Paid Ad Format Guide

Use these specifications when adding image or video assets to Paid Ads on Promoboxx:

Image Specifications

• Recommended Image Size: 1080 x 1080 pixels
• Required Image Ratio: 1:1
• Images should: contain little or no overlaid text
• Instagram Images: No less than 600px x 600px

Note: GIF images are supported, but animations won’t play when shared.

Video Specifications

• Length: Up to 120 seconds
• Aspect Ratio: 4:5 to 16:9 or 9:16
• Sound: Enabled with captions included
• Supported Formats: .3g2, .3gp, .avi, .flv, .m3u8, .ts, .m2ts, .mts, .mov, .mkv, .mp4, .mpeg, .mpd, .ogv, .webm, .wmv
• Resolution: Minimum 500px wide
• File Size: Up to 1000 MB* for Facebook and 250 MB* for Instagram

*MP4 is the only supported video format for videos larger than 100 MB.
