Below is a sample communication that you can send to your retailers to inform them that a Paid Campaign has launched, the deadline for which they need to opt-into the campaign to claim their ad funds when they can expect to see the ad live:
Congratulations, [INSERT RETAILER NAME VARIABLE]!
You've been selected by
YOUR BRAND NAME to participate in a new Premium Ad campaign for the
CAMPAIGN NAME. By participating in this campaign, you'll earn
FUND AMOUNT to launch new ad formats on
INSERT INTENDED CHANNELS.
Please claim your ads by
OPT-IN DATE in order to retain your spot in the campaign.
Please note, when you claim your ads, you are simply opting into the campaign and your ads will be scheduled to go live on
OPT-IN DATE.
How to claim your ads:
- Log in to your Promoboxx account via the button below
- Navigate to the Featured Premium Ad Campaign on your BRAND NAME dashboard; it will be the first thing you see at the top of your screen.
- Select the Facebook page you would like the ads to be associated with and click "Claim Ad Funds"
