When and How to Set Up a Welcome Campaign
If you are a new brand on Promoboxx getting ready to launch:
- Choose 2-4 strong evergreen campaigns that represent your brand
- Use content that will appeal to all of your retailers
- Check the box next to "Make this campaign a Welcome Campaign" in the Campaign Details section of the campaign builder.
If you are a brand who has been with Promoboxx for a while already:
- Consider creating new evergreen campaigns specifically designed for welcome purposes, unless you have some existing campaigns you feel would be good selections for Welcome Campaigns.
- Check the box next to "Make this campaign a Welcome Campaign" in the Campaign Details section of the campaign builder.
Best Practices
Campaign Selection Criteria:
- Choose evergreen content that won't become outdated quickly
- Select campaigns with broad appeal across different retailer types
- Include a mix of share options and content types (product features, lifestyle, seasonal evergreen)
- Avoid highly time-sensitive or region-specific campaigns
Ongoing Management:
- Review your Welcome Campaigns monthly to ensure content remains relevant. Consider refreshing them quarterly.
