Adding Shares to a Campaign

Whether you just created a campaign or you're coming back to one you built earlier, we have an updated flow to help you easily add new shares!

1. To get started, open the campaign you'd like to add shares to. From your campaign list, click the pencil icon next to the campaign name to open it. The campaign can be active or in draft.

2. Once the campaign is open, click the Create New Shares button in the upper-right corner.

3. From here, you have two options:

• If you've already uploaded the assets to the campaign, you can start working with them right away. Simply select the one(s) you'd like added to the campaign.
• If you'd like to upload new assets, click Upload Assets near the bottom of the pop up, then Upload Assets again in the upper left corner of the next screen to open the upload window. Drag and drop your files, then click Done.

Once uploaded, your new assets will have a blue check mark in the upper left corner. This indicates they're selected and ready to work with. 

4. Depending on how many assets you selected, you'll see one of the following buttons:

• Create a Share - appears if you selected a single asset.
• Create a Carousel - appears if you selected two or more assets.

Click the appropriate button to continue. 

5. Choose which channels this share should go to. The social channel will have a check next to it once selected.

6. Add your share copy and link details. As you complete this section, you can preview how the post will look on each social feed - just click the corresponding social channel icon under Previews, to the far left:

• Enter the overall message copy you'd like to use for each share.
• Use dynamic variables by clicking the three dots to the right of the message box, then selecting Retailer to insert fields like retailer name, phone number, website, or address.
• Optionally, add an Alternative Message if you'd like to give retailers two copy options to choose from for each share.

Link Box

Choose whether this share should include a link:

• Retailer Website - requires a fallback link in case the retailer's website isn't available.
• Static Web Page - links to a specific pre-existing page.
• No Link - for standalone content.

7. Click Review to see an overview of the share you've built.

8. Once everything looks good, click Create Shares.

• If you'd like to build another share before exiting, click Create & Add Another instead. This creates the current share and returns you to the share builder, where you can select your next asset and repeat the process.

9. After exiting, you'll see your newly created share at the top of the shares list, with older shares listed below it.
