When building out campaigns, brand users have the option of adding variables in the ad copy.
These can be used to automatically pull in retailer, brand, and campaign information to make the copy more relatable for both retailers and end consumers.
We’ve compiled a list of variables and what information they pull in.
RETAILER INFORMATION
Retailer information is based on information collected from retailers at the time of enrollment with your brand on Promoboxx and can be updated by retailers themselves or by brand users.
Name – retailer’s business name
Formatted Phone – retailer’s phone number in (555) 555-5555 format
Website URL – retailer’s website
Twitter URL – URL for the retailer’s Twitter page
Facebook URL – URL for the retailer’s Facebook page
Address – retailer’s street address
City – retailer’s city
State – retailer’s state
BRAND INFORMATION
Brand information is based on brand settings in Promoboxx.
Name – your brand name as it appears at the top of your Dashboard on Promoboxx
Logo URL – link to the brand logo uploaded to Promoboxx
Support email – support@promoboxx.com
Retailer alias – the preferred term for your retailers: retailer, dealer, partner, vet, clinic, etc. based on the “retailer alias” setting
Campaign alias – the preferred term for your campaigns: campaigns, folders, etc. based on the “campaign alias” setting
Davison alias – the preferred term for your sales reps: sales reps, sales team member, contact, account manager, etc. based on the “division alias” setting.
CAMPAIGN
Campaign information is based on the settings of the campaign in which variables are being inserted.
Name – name of the campaign being edited
Start date –- the first day the campaign is visible to retailers
End date – the last day the campaign is visible to retailers
