Looking to send additional communications to retailers beyond campaign invitations and reminders? Check out the messages tab on the left-hand sidebar. These messages can be used to send retailer surveys, notify retailers of important platform updates, send newsletters, product or campaign information, as well as targeting pending and eligible retailers.
Pro Tips with Global Messages:
- Add images before crafting the email
- Upload the asset/image in the image hosting section of the message or campaign
- To find this section in the global message, just click the image icon and then click “manage images” and upload the GIF on that page.
- It will take you to a separate page to add the images, and then you will have to go back into the message. It's better to add the images first and then draft your message to avoid any loss of work.
- Campaign Links
- You can find campaign links to add to your message by clicking "Edit" on a campaign. Once in editor, scroll down the menu on the left until you see the communications section and look for "Invitations"
- Click here and the campaign link will appear at the top of the page. Copy that link and plug it into the message. Need help? Refer to this article.
- Don't forget to Add a Button
- It's best to make the CTA's clear as possible. Messages don't automatically come with a CTA button so it's important to remember to add one.
