Information To Include In Your Retailer List – Brand Academy

Adding retailers to your Promoboxx network? Here is the information and format you will need to share with your Promoboxx team.

Please share your retailer list in a CSV or Excel file that includes, at minimum, columns for:

Store Name
Store Address
1+ Email Contact at the Store
- This is ideally a marketing-related contact at the store
Sales Rep
- Sharing the assigned sales rep name allows your Promoboxx team to build easy reporting for your reps that show whether a store has registered or not

You can also share custom information such as products carried, region assignment, and more. This additional information helps to further customize your marketing campaigns and reporting as needed.
